The new construction division oversees the ground-up development of projects that include multi-family, mixed use, office and retail builds.

With a focus on leasing that starts during the design process, brokers, stakeholders and lease holders are brought on board to tailor each projects design to its residential demographic and commercial tenants needs.

Condo Conversions

The renovation division focuses on the acquisition and construction of pre-war properties, which are renovated into new high-end rental and condominium assets.

Conversion projects consider the market's pipeline and buyers appetite, and creates well appointed, amenitized spaces. Careful attention is paid to craft each residence into a best-in-class listing.

The spec home division focuses on highly desirable home sites in established and growth markets where additional value is unlocked via design, entitlements, approvals, construction and bespoke finishing.

A conservative approach to underwriting paired with an immersive study of the neighborhood and upcoming projects, allows for the creation of unique, bespoke residences that offer access and value.

Jack is a real estate developer with extensive experience in the hiring and coordination of soft trades, construction management and providing oversight of contractors and subcontractors. Jack has successfully overseen numerous developments, including gut renovations, conversions and ground up construction, in each ensuring that design and construction align with the project objectives.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Jack volunteers and contributes his time and expertise to several charity organizations. With his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Jack is respected in the real estate industry and his contributions have made a positive impact on his community.

Rivkah is an accomplished real estate developer with a passion for creating transformative projects that benefit both communities and stakeholders. With extensive experience in underwriting, acquisitions, deal structure, contract and lease negotiation, funding and debt structure, she has played a key role in numerous successful projects throughout her career.

In addition to her professional achievements, Rivkah is committed to philanthropy and is involved in a number of charitable initiatives. With her unique blend of business acumen and community responsibility, Rivkah has established herself as a leader in the real estate industry and a force for positive change in the wider community.

Sam is an accountant and a real estate attorney with masters degrees in both business & law. He is the managing director of The Sontag Group, a firm specializing in 1031 like-kind exchanges as well as various RE transactions. Sam is an alumni of Deloitte and he has extensive experience in the structuring of real estate deals and in addressing the tax liabilities of real estate transactions. He has acted as the Qualified Intermediary for over 2000 exchanges, and currently oversees in excess of $1B in real estate transactions annually.

In addition to his professional life, Sam is a well known philanthropist, and he supports a wide range of charities and organizations that are addressing issues related to poverty, health services, education, historical preservation and publishing.
